How long does it take to build a website?
On average, we shoot for a six to eight-week turnaround, but each client sets the pace of any project. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, and how soon the content is ready affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to web design.
How much does a new website cost?
There's not one single answer to this question. A web design is quoted based on the needs of each project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom-made web designs specifically for your business. We'll ask many questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. Most of our websites are in the 1,400eur – 2,500eur range but can be more or less depending on needs.
Do you work internationally?
Of course! The advent of online conference tools such as ZooM and, of course, Skype, to name a few, makes working with businesses anywhere in the world straightforward enough.
Why are our WordPress websites different?
The process we use to build your website takes a certain amount of time and a lot of planning and research. For our web design unlike other agencies, we DON'T use templates. Instead, we build your website from scratch, which means you get a unique web design tailored around your business.

Who writes the content for the site?
Usually, that is you. You are the expert on your business, so it's usually best if it comes from you. However, if you need help, please tell us, and we can include copywriting and editing in our proposal for an additional cost.
Can you write the text for me?
It depends on the package you choose. We are happy to write the text for your website if you would like. However, we have a copywriter in the house who will create the content for your website, so you don't have to.
Will my website work on smartphones and tablets as well?
It most certainly will! More people are accessing the web via small screens than ever, and the trend is likely to carry on. If your web design doesn't display or work properly on a mobile or tablet screen, you risk losing a big chunk of your potential audience. It means mobile responsive web design is essential these days. Every website we create is mobile responsive.
Can you help me rank high in Google?
A page one position in the Google search results is like gold dust. Not so long ago, it was relatively easy to achieve. Do you offer a payment schedule?
We like to work on a 30% upfront basis with 30% payable after you have seen the mockup of web design for your home page and you're happy to move forward. So the following 40% is taken 30 days after this.
Can I make the final payment when the site is ready to go live?
No. We have found that projects can take a lot longer than expected to complete in the past. We might be waiting for information from you, which can delay the process. Sometimes these delays can take months. This is why we always invoice 30 days after the original payment. At this point, we'll be well on our way with your new website, and you'll be able to see the progress.
